Work With Us

Tir Natur exists for nature recovery through rewilding in Wales.

Our work centres on Cwm Doethïe in the Elenydd (Cambrian Mountains) where we are creating Wales’s largest rewilding project. A place where natural processes can recover, wildlife can return, and people can reconnect with the landscape.

This is long-term work. It brings together ecology, community, storytelling and practical land stewardship. If you care deeply about nature recovery and want to contribute to something ambitious and hopeful, for Wales and for future generations, we’d love to hear from you.

Working With Tir Natur

Tir Natur was founded on the belief that nature recovery in Wales must work with people, culture and communities. Our approach to rewilding is rooted in the landscapes of Wales and aims to support both ecological recovery and rural livelihoods. We are a small, collaborative team working on a long-term vision for nature in Wales.

Current Vacancies

From time to time we recruit for roles across communications, ecology, fundraising and project delivery. We have no current vacancies.
