Could you lead the next chapter of rewilding in Wales?

Tir Natur is Wales's only charity dedicated solely to rewilding. After four years of development, we've secured 1,195 acres at Cwm Doethïe and the funding to establish Wales's first landscape-scale rewilding site.

Now we're looking for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead us through this exciting next phase.

As CEO, you will help build an effective, impact-focused organisation, secure long-term sustainability, develop strategic partnerships and help shape a future where nature and communities thrive together.

We're looking for an inspiring and practical leader who:

🌿 Is passionate about rewilding and landscape-scale change

🌿 Has significant senior leadership experience

🌿 Can build trusted relationships across communities, organisations and sectors

🌿 Understands the cultural and political context of rural Wales🌿 Is a fluent Welsh speaker

📍 Fully remote within Wales

💷 £50,000 per annum, rising to £60,000 in Year 2

⏰ Full-time (job share considered)

This is a rare opportunity to shape a growing charity and help create lasting change for nature, communities and future generations.
